Welcome!
Welcome to all new and returning Geneva Heights families! After two years away we are looking forward to a very exciting year moving back to our home campus . We ask that everyone have patience and understanding as we move back to our campus and learn the new processes that come along with opening a new campus. The PTA is here to support our faculty, staff, students, and parents as we make this exciting move!
We have put together a resource document for all of our new families (returning families will find it useful too!). It will be housed on our PTA website and you can find a link here: https://www.genevaheightspta.org/newfamily
Announcements
Meet the Teacher
Meet the Teacher will take place on August 8th from 5:00PM-7:00PM. Bring your school supplies and meet your teacher for the upcoming school year. More information will be coming about the event.
Please note, teacher assignments will not be announced until early August. You will get a notification from Ms. Carbajal that assignments are ready to viewed in Power School.
An East Dallas Technology Focus Group developed from parent, teacher, and community interest in the growing body of research about the advantages of removing cell phone and smart watch technology from K-12 school campuses, but we need YOUR opinion!
If you would like to volunteer on campus (this include participating in class parties or in-school events) then you will need to register through Voly. This registration must be renewed annually - it expires on June 30th of each year.
Make sure to fully complete your Voly registration - your screen will look like this when you are ready to go. All items must be green.
Mabels Labels Fundraiser!
Need labels for the upcoming school year? Buy your labels through Mabel's Labels and a portion of your purchase will go back to Geneva Heights PTA! Follow link below and search "Geneva Heights Elementary (Dallas)" to give back.
To receive the Geneva Gazette directly to your inbox all you need to do is set up a Membership Toolkit account. This is not the same as a PTA membership - the membership toolkit is an account that allows you access to our PTA website & allows you to sign up for communications. If you have an account with another membership toolkit account, you can use that login.
If you already have an account, please make sure your information is correct.
