FINAL DAY TO GIVE! Help us Stretch for More and Double the Fun!

We're in the final hours of North Texas Giving Day today. Thanks to your incredible generosity and support, we've reached our initial $7,500 goal for our Community Garden and Kid's Corner projects. Why stop now? We’re excited to announce our new doubled stretch goal of $14,000. Help us double our impact! We’re already 89% toward our updated goal. Only $1,550 remains between our new goal and Principal Verver who will bravely face a “wild pack” of excited Cougars with double the pies!

Reaching this stretch goal will allow us to make an even bigger impact on our school community. Here's what your additional contributions could provide:

  • More Field Trips: Did you know some of our students have never been on a field trip due to the school’s financial constraints?

  • Teacher Support: Let’s support our teachers so they don't have to spend their own money to create enhanced learning environments that go beyond basic school supply lists. Fact – most public-school teachers (including our beloved GH teachers!) spend an average of $673/year from their own pockets to meet classroom needs according to the Association of American Educators.

  • After-School Enrichment: We would love to offer some FREE extracurricular activities in art and music for our kiddos to build creativity and confidence.

Every extra dollar raised will go directly toward funding enriching experiences and resources for our students and teachers!

Plus, we’re doubling down on the fun – if we reach our doubled stretch goal of $14,000, Principal Verver will face even more kids. DOUBLE the kids and DOUBLE the pies!

Tell your kids to get their pie-throwing arms warmed up because very soon, Verver will face the “sweet” music. Thank you for your support Cougar fam! You are pie-tastic!
